This bold Rhodactis sp. in deep red is one of the most visually striking mushroom corals available in the hobby. XL size means a large, fully-formed disc with impressive texture and color saturation. Hardy, fast-growing, and stunning under blue LEDs — a perfect addition for beginner and expert reefers alike.

Care Requirements

• Lighting: Low to moderate (20–80 PAR); very adaptable
• Flow: Low to moderate; avoid direct strong flow
• Placement: Rock or rubble; will attach and spread naturally
• Feeding: Benefits from occasional target feeding with meaty foods (mysis, brine shrimp); can feed independently
• Temperature: 76–80°F (24–27°C)
• Salinity: 1.024–1.026 SG
• Note: Rhodactis can irritate neighboring corals — give adequate spacing
